Monday, March 2 – Fort Langley Trip!

Monday, March 2, we are going to become fur traders at historic Fort Langley!

This is a Hudson’s Bay Company trading post beside the Fraser River where British Columbia became a colony in 1867!

Time:  Parents, students & staff load the bus at 8:30 am.  Return by 1:45 pm.  Please be on time.

Wear:  Dress for the weather…half of this trip is outdoors.

Bring:  Large snack & drink in a small backpack (bring a small camera if you have parent permission)

Lunch:  We will eat lunch as soon as we return to school.

Activities:  Gold panning!  Blacksmith shop!  Make a wooden bucket at the Cooperage!  Earn beaver tokens!  Identify animal furs!  And much more!
