  • it showed them some of the difficulties that missionaries may face in a new country and how they sometimes may be taken advantage of
  • some of the students did not end up purchasing what they thought they were
  • we returned home for lunch
  • After lunch, were were able to do three more home visits – a family from the church, Emma Schellenberg’s sponsor child Dorcas and Ms. Leong’s 2nd sponsor child Rocio.
  • All visits were very touching as we gave gifts, groceries and prayed for the families. Many were brought to tears
  • Dinner
  • We ended the night with some touching testimonies from two of the principals of schools in the area
  • They shared their stories or how the Lord had worked in their lives and how they knew he could work in ours
  • The students were full of questions for them and we ended in prayer
