A message from Mr Lai

A Message to Parents from Monsieur Lai:

The grade four classes will have a term 2 quiz on Thursday, February 21.

There will be two parts:

1)  Definition sections D and E (French-English and English-French).  Spelling does NOT count.

2) “Total” questions:  Taken from the package that students have already completed.  Spelling only counts if students copy it wrong.  Students will be given about 40 minutes to complete the quiz.

Please visit Mr. Lai’s French blog to access helpful study resources to review for this quiz.  Mr. Lai has shown your child his blog site during class, so students should be able to help you find scripts, translations, vocabulary lists, etc.

Internet Awareness Evening – Tuesday, February 26

Posted by pepp | Posted in Uncategorized | Posted on February 12, 2013

Social networking websites provide a fertile ground for identity development and cultural exposure. Youth view social media as a place where they can be who they are, joke around with friends and make certain to stay in the loop about everything that is going on around them. The consequences to this behaviour when un-monitored or addressed by parents can be detrimental to professional and academic futures. Please join us on Tuesday Feb 26 at the Secondary Campus for an internet awareness evening with Mediated Reality.
Secure your spot by picking up your ticket from any campus receptionist ASAP. Seating is limited and all attendees are asked to bring 2 non-perishable food items for the Richmond Food Bank! Thank you!
