Hi 4L, Meet Brendan!

Dear Class and Parents,

I wanted to take the moment to say a big thank you for all your love and well-wishes over the last week. Brendan was born at 6:55am on Jan 10, 2018 at Richmond General Hospital. He is named after the Celtic saint Brendan who sailed the seas as a missionary. His Chinese name, 晞樂, means “joy during daybreak.” We pray that Brendan would live with courage and boldness to bring joy to those around him for God’s glory.

The doctors have been taking good care of Brendan at the hospital making sure his blood is healthy so he can go home soon. We are still waiting for results and would appreciate your prayers. If all goes well, I’ll see you all again on Monday.

Here are some photos of Brendan’s adventures so far.

Class Party on Thurs, Dec 14th

Hi Parents,

I am excited to announce that 4L has earned its first class party. We will be celebrating this Thursday, Dec 14th from lunch (12:30pm) onward.

I would like for us so have a potluck style lunch where we each bring a dish to share. I would like to ensure that we have a mix of healthy and nutritious foods for students to enjoy. If you could please fill out the link below and COMMENT to let other parents know what you will be bringing, that would be very helpful 🙂 Because of severe allergies in our class, foods CAN NOT contain any nuts whatsoever.

Many thanks! Looking forward to an awesome party!
